A special event held on the occasion of the 44th anniversary of the Iranian Islamic Revolution and the National Day of Iran, in Islamabad.

On the occasion of the 44th anniversary of the glorious success of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the National Day of Iran and on the 76th anniversary of Iran and Pakistan diplomatic relations, the Cultural Consulate Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Islamabad, in collaboration with (ISSI) Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad, held an important ceremony at the (ISSI) conference hall on the theme of      “Sapling of Yesterday, Mighty tree of today”.

His Excellency Syed Ali Hussaini, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in Islamabad was the special guest in this event.

Mr. Suhail Mahmood, Director General, Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad participate in this event and addressed.

Mr. Ehsan Khazaei, Cultural Consular Embassy of Islamic Republic of Iran, Islamabad delivered the welcome speech.

Ms. Amina Khan, Director ISSI (CEMA) welcomed the audience and highlighted the importance of deep ties between the two countries, Iran and Pakistan. Important personalities also addressed the in this ceremony and highlighted the friendly and diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Iran.

Mr. Ibrahim Khani, Senior Fellow at the IPIS for Pakistan Studies addressed through video link from Tehran.

Professors and students of different universities also participated in this meeting.
